Every Tuesday, join us at El Corte for Fugazzeta Tuesdays, celebrating Argentina’s unique take on pizza, shaped by the country’s rich culinary heritage. Choose from Juan de la Cruz’s signature stuffed fugazzetas, or bring someone along for the full Buenos Aires experience with empanadas, pizza and a couple of drinks for $99 for two.
Born from Buenos Aires’ Italian immigrant roots, fugazzeta is Argentina’s own take on pizza. Think golden double-crust dough, generous layers of melted mozzarella and sweet onions, finished with El Corte’s signature chimi pizzero. It’s a local classic with a distinctly Argentine twist, and the perfect excuse to gather around the table.
