For our first birthday, we’re celebrating across three nights, each with its own reason to join the Fiësta. For the first time ever, we’ll have the asado grill fired up harbourside, serving a limited BBQ menu alongside our a la carte menu.

Expect fire, flavour and plenty of energy, with Juan de la Cruz joining the celebrations, live dancers, music and entertainment bringing the spirit of Argentina to Darling Harbour.

Open-air asado and special menu from 5 pm daily,
Live entertainment from 7:30 pm.

Fiesta Festival calendar

First birthday, three days of celebrations.

18TH NOVEMBER

We’ll kick off the celebrations with energy in the kitchen and on the dance floor, with live tango dancers bringing a taste of Argentina to El Corte.

19TH NOVEMBER

Join us on Thursday for live music, with an Argentine band setting the soundtrack for a night of good food, drinks and plenty of atmosphere.

20TH NOVEMBER

To wrap up the Birthday Fiesta Festival, El Corte turns up the energy with a Carnaval-inspired dance show and a Friday night made for staying a little longer.
